The Barbados Horticultural Society (BHS) features an Open Garden program each year during the months of January through April. The goal is to generate funds for the society while affording both locals and visitors an opportunity to explore and appreciate the island’s stunning gardens.
BHS invites homeowners to display their gardens on Sunday afternoons from 2:00 to 6:00 pm. Gardens vary in size, uniqueness and beauty and we do not restrict homeowners, as we appreciate their generosity.
Admission for this enjoyable event is $10 for BHS paid-up members, $20 for non members. Children under 12 years are free.
Refreshments in the form of sandwiches, cake, tea, iced coffee, water, and soft drinks are available for purchase.
